Follow the corresponding daily schedule each month. Take the capsules with water on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after eating. Do not interchange monthly combinations or take both versions of month three together.
Consult a physician or qualified practitioner before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or living with a medical condition. This is a combined food supplement package, not a medicine or a substitute for a varied diet.
