Schedule 2 – Agaricus, Auricularia and Poria cocos

Schedule 2 – Agaricus, Auricularia and Poria cocos Water phase – lymphatic system Our second monthly schedule combines three distinct mushroom extracts. Within the four-month programme, this is the Water phase, traditionally associated with the lymphatic system. The phase name identifies a theme of the programme; it is not a promise to cleanse or treat the lymphatic system. The morning-and-evening allocation is part of the defined daily schedule. Contents and duration 2 jars of Agaricus, 1 jar of Auricularia and 1 jar of Poria cocos Approximately 30 days Daily dosing schedule Morning: 2 Agaricus capsules and 2 Poria cocos capsules Before bed: 2 Agaricus capsules and 2 Auricularia capsules Daily total: 4 Agaricus, 2 Poria cocos and 2 Auricularia capsules Additional products Acerola and Chaga are sold separately. Acerola naturally contains vitamin C, while Chaga is traditionally prepared as an infusion. Neither is included among the four jars. Always follow the separate labels and instructions for any additional products. Important precautions Read the labels of all individual jars and do not exceed their stated daily serving. Consult a qualified healthcare professional during pregnancy, breastfeeding, if you have allergies, take medicines or have an existing illness. Auricularia merits particular care alongside anticoagulant medicines. Supplements do not replace a varied diet.
