Scheme 3 – Cordyceps, Reishi and Shiitake (men) Fire phase – men This third monthly programme combines three mushroom supplements as part of Healthy Fungi’s four-phase programme. The name Fire phase and the theme of hormonal balance describe the programme’s traditional structure; they do not establish a medical or hormonal effect. Package contents The package contains two jars of Cordyceps, one jar of Reishi and one jar of Shiitake: four jars in total for approximately thirty days. The duration is a planning guideline, not a guarantee that every jar will be emptied at the same time. Daily schedule Take two Cordyceps capsules in the morning and another two at midday. Before bedtime, take two Reishi capsules and two Shiitake capsules. The daily total is therefore four Cordyceps, two Reishi and two Shiitake capsules. About the three mushrooms Cordyceps, Reishi and Shiitake are separate mushroom products, each with its own raw material, extraction process and product specifications. Consult the individual jar labels for ingredients and potential allergens. Optional additional products Acerola and Chaga are sold separately and are not included in these four jars.
