Scheme 3 – Snow Mushroom, Maitake and Poria cocos (women)

Scheme 3 – Snow Mushroom, Maitake and Poria cocos (women) Fire phase – women Four jars for approximately 30 days This third monthly scheme is the women's version of Healthy Fungi’s four-phase programme. The traditional name Fire phase and the theme of hormonal balance describe its programme structure; neither constitutes a claim of medical or hormonal efficacy. Package contents The package contains two jars of Snow Mushroom, one jar of Maitake and one jar of Poria cocos: four jars for approximately thirty days. The stated duration is a guide; always check the quantity and directions on the individual jars. Daily schedule In the morning, take two Snow Mushroom capsules and two Maitake capsules. Before bedtime, take two Snow Mushroom capsules and two Poria cocos capsules. The daily totals are four Snow Mushroom, two Maitake and two Poria cocos capsules. About the three mushrooms Snow Mushroom (Tremella fuciformis), Maitake (Grifola frondosa) and Poria cocos (Wolfiporia extensa) are distinct mushroom products, each with its own raw material and specifications. The Poria extract comes from a sclerotium; the other raw materials are described on their individual product pages. Optional products Acerola and Chaga are available separately and are not among the four jars. Adding either does not change the daily schedule above. Precautions Follow each jar’s label. Seek professional advice if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have allergies or a medical condition, or if you take medication. This programme does not replace medical treatment.
