Scheme 4 – Lion’s Mane, Reishi & Snow Mushroom Air phase – brain and heart The fourth and final monthly scheme of the Healthy Fungi four-phase programme combines three separate mushroom supplements. The traditional name Air phase – brain and heart indicates its position and theme within the programme, not a proven medical treatment for these organs. Contents of the pack You receive two jars of Lion’s Mane, one jar of Reishi and one jar of Snow Mushroom: four jars in total. The approximate 30-day duration follows the stated schedule; always check current labels and capsule counts. Daily schedule Take two Lion’s Mane capsules and two Snow Mushroom capsules in the morning. Before bedtime take two Lion’s Mane capsules and two Reishi capsules. Daily totals: four Lion’s Mane, two Snow Mushroom and two Reishi capsules. Do not substitute the schedules of other phases. Three distinct mushrooms Lion’s Mane is Hericium erinaceus, recognised by its white, spiny fruiting body. Reishi is marketed under the name Ganoderma lucidum and is known as Lingzhi in Chinese tradition. Snow Mushroom is Tremella fuciformis, a white jelly fungus. Each jar has its own composition: consult its individual product page and label for the exact extract variant, concentration and ingredients supplied. Acerola and Chaga sold separately Acerola is a natural source of vitamin C and Chaga is traditionally prepared as an infusion. Both are separate products and neither is included among the four jars. There is no product-specific evidence that adding them enhances this scheme’s effects. Use and precautions Read the labels of all three supplements.
